Operations at Oberoi Over
This can be considered a major break through, but what is every body's fear is, like Taj where the Hotel was declared clear two times yesterday in the evening and late in the night. But its still not out of Terrorists hands yet. Given that there were double mistakes in estimating the presence of Terrorists in Taj and the fact that they are still reported to be there, what are the chances that the NSG this time is not doing a mistake by identifing the Oberoi Hotel as cleard? But I hope they have not done any mistake! Bcause, that's Good News.
Why Mumbai? The Hostage Crisis
First and foremost, my condolences to the families of the deceased in the Mumbai terror attacks and hostage drama. Specially to the Brave and Great Police personnal who had spared their life to save people.
There are no words that would express the greif we all are going through. But we all are living the fact that things have taken such an Ugly face. The people of Mumbai has have had enough of this. Mother India has lost so many of her sons and daughters already, and we Indians are in No mood to loose more of our Brothers and sisters.
Adding to the embarssment are our expert-at-the-blame-game politications by setting the playfield for votes at such a national disaster. Mr. Modi claims that Congress has not done enough to handle terrorisim, but what he has to say about the terror in Gujarat and Malegaon? If you can recall, how many attacks has had happened under his regime.
The recent Ahemdabad blasts, the Sabarmati Express, Godhra etc. are good examples. "One Crore" to the people affected from these terrorist events from Gujarat government. Bloody hell, why are you wasting the public money collected as taxes. Why can't the CM take a pay cut and give salary. He is not poor, certainly nor any other politications in this country. They can sustain and live in luxary without pay for years!
Our Prime Minister has said that we need a Federal Investigation Agency to be set up to tackle these kind of attacks. Why they need such a violent attack and hostage drama to open their eyes. Is it not their resposibility to do this even before an even of this magnitude happened? Well, every body knows our Home minister. He finds it difficult to be in a terrorist infested area wearing a black dress. He needs to be white, you know, to show "PEACE".
I felt very good when most of the news channels prepared to avoid each and every political speech where ever possible. They also need appreciation, for they kept telling people that just dont be mere spectators and go back to their homes. However they did not listen is a different matter.
This shows matureness of what they should ideally have had earlier on. Some people who were shooting the whole event on their phone cameras, gave a back answer the reporter when asked what he was doing, "The same thing what you are doing!". They need to show this to their neighbours. Its got the power to attract people and a win to his EGO. Hell with all these people who create so much trouble.
The Spirit of Mumbai!
Coloba - The costliest real estate in India. The brains of India's financial capital sit some where near these attacked areas. Providing employment to millions of Indians. Among the top 10 tax payers in India.
Hotel Taj Mahal & Oberoi - Trident -: Former is The World Heritage site. Those who have money come here to spend. Those who don't have money, earn by providing products and services to these spenders.
Leopold's - the uber cool place to hang out with friends. This place is Cosmopolitan and have vibrant colors of life.
CST - 6 million people use this station and central railway services every day. You can see welthy, poor and those who fall in between here.
Its shaken. India's worst terror attacks yet, and still going on, has slapped a huge blow to the country which is the most common terror target. Does anyone even know who is responsible for this? And why are they doing this to us? Mumbai generates most TAX for India. The country's financial capital. India's most important Stock Markets. And Mumbai feels the pressure. The politications of this world get the most security, and all apply for Z category. Thats a status symbol you know! And for them, their life is too costly for the nation too loose. Ask an average Mumbaikar, he will tell you what is important for him in his life.
What is Mumbai's Spirit? Is it the no fear, adjusting to life attitude. No, its their needs. It actually is their needs to keep earning to save for a dooms day of their life. Even a day's salary cut hurts them. People who earn daily wages are hit most. So, they are forced to take extreme steps.
We earn the money, we pay the taxes, we earn more money, we pay more taxes, we help grow the economy, we still pay taxes, we buy more, we consume luxary goods with even more taxes and whenever we buy everything, we pay taxes. I hope when we can buy peace, I am ready to shell out money. But please dont fix Tax on it. It hurts. And when Terror attacks like these happen, people feel its too much taxing now. With every terror attack, err... WAR, people are more fearfull and are worried for themselves, and their dear ones.
This is clearly not justified. I think we should fight back. The days of Ghandhigiri are over. These terrorists may have been trained to be capable to handle their emotions when some one gives them a rose. Which explains their merciless killing spree.
And our president cannot take a call whether to sentence a terrorist to death because they fear Human Rights activist. Did these Human Rights activist protested their merciless killing anytime in their life? Tomorrow, when another terror attack planned massive than this, the would demand a release of the very same terrorist.
Government would not have any other chance, but to release him.
Who looses?
MUMBAI, INDIA, every Indian in this world.

Independence Struggle in 2008
This is a question of national stature and people are taking it very seriously. I wonder the confidence level of those people who would like to see Kashmir with Pakistan.
Would anybody let Pakistan have Kashmir when the people want it that way? Tough question isn’t it!
That’s the way things are shaping up. Already India and Pakistan are ruling the Kashmir albeit divided by the LOC. And if the Kashmir falls in the hands of Pakistan, imagine the threat level to India as a Country.
It would be safe heaven for all those who are involved in the Terrorist Activities. Doesn’t anyone would think of that? What if the people who are making this move are those who require a Terrorist Safe Heaven? Who will give India those answers?
What is RAW doing about this? Well, some of this information is never publicized coz of security reasons.
There were allegations that Indian political parties are trying to gather a Hindu Vote Bank. But Muslim community is growing by the day and if ever they over take the Hindus and be the majority, what these politicos will do?
India is a democratic mess! Congress tries to pass test of trust banking upon parties which were its enemy in the past. One you are in a situation, you are forced to do anything. But why is this important.
People around the world may not be aware of the political crucifiction of Mother India that is happening in the country.
God save mother India and we Indians…

Long Time no c?
After a long time I am posting a blog. That's bcoz I was not in a mood to do so.
I have changed a lot. Today I am working with ABNAMRO for past three years. I have updated my website with new design and coding. I have been following the W3C guidelines for HTML throughly for a long time and I have successfully implemented the same for various projects I am working on. On personal front, I have been pretty upbeat. Got a salary hike and am already flying high. I am still appearing for my third year bachelor's degree. Put on close to 20 kgs of weight. That's pretty disturbing since I am not in shape. The times keep flying.
I am now on a new roller coaster with Share point, a Microsoft software.
Currently Share point is hot property in the IT space and every other company wants to implement the same. Reason being its easy to configure websites, with lot of Business Intelligence input makes it a all in all cool tool for Business requirements. It helps a company to increase collaboration among its employees, its managers, its management. And I am in this very same situation. My department has successfully implemented Share point for our internal needs. And I must tell you that working on share point had taken a toll on myself. But the interesting thing is that I (ofcourse, in the later part I had assistance of Trupti and Nilesh) did it without having prior experience on Share point and little help from out site. Internet being the only source of base for information on Share point and one of my good friend Raj helped me understand the very basics of this exiting technology.
Content Management systems has been my forte ever since I came in this Information Technologies phase of my life. One more feather in my cap is Openshare. Openshare is one heck of a technology which I have not been able to master due some restrictions. However, I will get over those restrictions very soon and I would start updating my skills on Openshare.
And you will see more of posts, so keep coming back.

Jesus tomb found..
Though I am not a historain or a person who knows everything but most of the things that Christianity is preaching is not really what Jesus have spread. In multiple gospels that have emerged, the ones what were original were supressed by the missionary who rode on the trust of so many people.
I have nothing against anyone or any religion, even I go to church and pray and I go to mosque too. There is a sect who are mostly into promoting their own religion as everything. This is not right, as I feel this is cheating. How can someone misguide? When you are the preacher, why lie in Gods name?

A year After Tsunami
Hi Friends,
Last year, on the 26th December, an earthquake, and then a tsunami, killed, wounded, or impoverished hundreds of thousands of people in South Asia. The whole world was shocked by the horrible Tsunami, which eventually took thousands of life and the massive problems it caused to those who were affected.
The 2004 Indian Ocean earthquake, was an undersea earthquake that occurred at 00:58:53 UTC (07:58:53 local time) on December 26, 2004. The tsunami generated by the earthquake killed approximately 270,000 people, making it one of the deadliest disasters in modern history. The disaster is known as Asian Tsunami It is also known in Australia, New Zealand, Canada, and the United Kingdom as the Boxing Day Tsunami because it took place on Boxing Day, though it was still Christmas Day in the Western Hemisphere when the disaster struck.
In May 2005, scientists reported that the earthquake itself lasted close to ten minutes when most major earthquakes last no more than a few seconds; it caused the entire planet to vibrate at least a few centimeters. It also triggered earthquakes elsewhere, as far away as Alaska.
The rehabilitation work was already started in January of 2005 and still lots need to be done for those ill-fated people. All in all, the progress is commendable.
During the course of the year 2005, other disasters took their toll too. Most devastating of them being Hurricanes Katrina and Rita on the South-East coast of the USA and another enormous earthquake near Pakistan's border with India.
These disasters took their immediate toll, and, each time, the world tried to help. But as calamity piled upon calamity, there has been a certain amount of fatigue. Perhaps people's stock of goodwill has run low. Perhaps seeing too much suffering hardens us.
Here is the fact file of the loss caused by Tsunami in India:

FINANCIAL IMPLICATIONS
• Total estimated value of damages: $2.56 billion.
• Total estimated needs for long-term recovery: $2.1 billion.
I was also a part of this!
I was present in Chennai the day Tsunami stuck. We were a group of 400 youths from all over India, present there for the Yuva Milan of Jain KDO’s at The Golden Beach Resort.
Me and my cousin brother wanted to roam about in Chennai (* which we were not supposed to as per guidelines set for all of us.). Since he was a local boy, he brought his bike (a TVS Victor) there in the morning of 26th at around 6.00am. We all felt a mild quake below our feats and we thought an earth quake has been stuck. We had Yoga classed in the morning to attend which we, along with many others skipped. At around 8.00am, it was time for all of us get bathed. There was such a huge line outside the bathrooms that many felt to have a swim at the bay.
We thought other wise. Why don’t we move to Mahabalipuram, an 45mins drive from there. Just after the thought, we were on the bike to bank upon that we had 2 hrs for us to roam. We just went ahead faster and we reached Mahabs (*called by the people over there. Abbr for Mahabalipuram ) in ½ hour. We roamed there for a bit of time and decided to go back.
By around 9.20am, we hit the road again at max. speed of 112.08KM/Hr while looking at the beautiful sea along the East Cost Road.
All of a sudden, I saw high waves. I was surprised. We were in a deserted area, and the sea was up-close. My brother said “Hey, see, the sea is coming on to the land.” And it really was. We got tensed, obviously as our resort was at the beach and shall there be a problem, we needed to be there. We moved on more faster.
On the way, I saw huts being trashed by the big waves. I began to shake with fear.
Seeing it for the first time, people being trashed by the sea. I was looking at them helplessly on the road which was at some distance now.
I told my brother, “Is there any emergency booth anywhere near”
He said “Oh Yes! We have it on every Kilometer” I told him to stop at the very next emergency booth.
We stopped at the emergency booth and pushed the red button which was marked “Push this button to speak to the Officer”. I was received by a stern voice on the other end. “Yes! How may I help you?”
I told “Hey, the sea is coming onto the shore and is trashing the huts and people are dying”
“What?”
“Yes, the sea is coming to the shore, and people are being killed. These people need help”
“Who are you?”
“I am just passing by from Mahbs to my resort at GoldenBeach. Please hurry, these people really need help. I am moving on to my resort to check the situation over there.”
“Ok. I am sending some one there…”
We hit the road again. As two minutes passed, we saw a Police jeep coming from the other side, going towards the place we stopped. Within two minutes the help arrived! I was surprised. Its not normal in India to get help in Two minutes.
On our journey back to Golden Beach, we saw people running to get help. There were tractors, mini trucks ferrying people were plying on the roads. Obviously, taking them to safer locations.
I could see little kids crying. And all the adults doing the same thing as well. They already guessed the damage caused is terrible.
Time: 9:58am
We are at our resort. Everything wasn’t normal as we had very well expected.
There was much noise all around by our organizers, trying to make sure that all of us 400 people are present and we hadn’t lost one.
The sea water did enter our resorts but very luckily it didn’t come in to the whole resort, and left its power at its shore.
We all arranged ourselves according to our groups (like people from Mumbai formed one group, people from Cochin made the other, like wise) so that we can cross check we have all our people together.
All of us were present expect from a lad from Jalgaon. Everybody was tensed though he was the only on missing, but the one missing was what we were tensed about.
Later we found out that he braved the Tsunami, just to film it on his camera. He stood at the stage built at beach (* Which was not affected at all by Tsunami), and filmed the entire drama on his camera. I failed to get in touch with him to have my hands on a copy of the same.
By 12:00 noon, we all started to get frantic calls from our parents to ensure that all of us are in good condition, and all were asked to leave the place at the same instance. Which was not possible as the whole travel system was chocked.
But the whole day, we prayed to the god not to repeat what we have seen. All were praying for their and all other’s safety.

Wednesday, June 01, 2005
Hey, How are you guys?
I am back in action and am sorry for being out of it for a while!
There are some specific reasons for that. I just got time to update and thought of people who visit me here. I would like to know them indepth and so would request to email me at m.hemal@gmail.com so that I can know you better...
I am awating for my results to come as soon as possible. They are due this month and the fact is that no body knows when.
I am planning to build up a new website, as a part of my efforts to help students for their perparation for exams (<www.Fins.co.nr< has hit in as I failed to get appropriate content). This will be an educational
website and is being done in partnership with few of my good friends who liked the idea pretty well.
The basic thing we are stuck at is that we need the studymaterial and already we are having some one help us with. But that would not be completely helpful for us, as we are aiming very high level of education.
Any one who would like to contribute in this noble deed can email me at the following email ids.
plasmantra@gmail.com
do.u.mind@gmail.com
This website is a noble idea to help those students who are working and doing their studies as well.
We are also open to advertisment to cut down the our cost of hosting while we are managing to put this website up in a short period. The desiging for the same is already started and we are having it done at a
rapid pace.
